Disciplinary Diversion Programs

In instances where a complaint meets the criteria for a diversion program, our team will consult with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel to design appropriate individualized programs which may contain evaluation, audit, education and monitoring elements. These might include self or third party audits, telephone or personal consultations, mandatory attendance at specific seminars and follow up to insure compliance. All of this would of course be accompanied by detailed and timely reports to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel and the lawyers involved. Fees for these individual services would be based on personnel required, projected expenses, scope of program and urgency of the situation. Agreed upon at the start of the engagement, fees could be based on either hourly or set project rates.
